John Day - Co-Founder

John is a co-founder of HomeTrader and is responsible for the general management and strategic direction of the company.

John has 15 years experience in financial market trading systems research and development.

John is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Jason Davis - Co-Founder

Jason is a founding director of HomeTrader and is responsible for the technical aspects of the business.

Jason is an active trader of financial markets with a personal bias towards quantitative strategies. He is regarded as an authority on the subject of quantitative strategies for Australian equities and speaks at financial events across Australia.

Jason holds a Diploma of Financial Services and is licensed to provide advice on securities, derivatives, futures and foreign exchange. He is currently completing a Masters in Applied Finance from Macquarie University.

Jason is a member of the the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Securities and Derivatives Industry Association.

Jon Maxted - General Manager

Before joining HomeTrader, Jon spent 5 years as a consultant to the mining and minerals processing industry in South Australia conducting project design and management.

Jon has been involved in the wealth education industry since 1999. Over that period he has held various roles from training, sales and management.

Jon holds a Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Markets) and is 146 accredited to give advice in Derivatives, Securities, Foreign Exchange and Managed Investments. Jon is in the process of completing a Masters of Applied Finance through Macquarie University.

Jon is responsible for the operations management of the HomeTrader business.
